  1. My sister and I were thrilled with our stay at Vendome last summer. They surprised her with special room upgrade, champagne, signature chocolate medallion and other treats as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. They also let us use the spa facilities after checking out, as we were heading to Hyatt airport hotel late that afternoon for next morning flight.

  2. We will be at the PH Vendome in April for 2 nights. MHC asked about an upgrade to a room that would accommodate our 17 year old son as well since there are no standard suites available. They gave us a “complimentary upgrade” to a deluxe room. We just have to pay 150 euros for the extra bed. Not so complimentary but at least we will get to experience it!
