I was concerned about how to word it to them but they knew everything I was saying - tho they were surprised I didn't buy their excuses! Hi Gary, wondering if you could make a suggestion, I am wanting to book award flight NY to Shanghai return in F, had been utilizing areoplan at your suggestion up until the change, have amex and qantas (that i probably should use as they expire in Dec) that i guess could be used for a partner airline. no stopovers etc req, appreciate any suggestions, Thanks. I was confused about the mileage on the European flights. The post on the extra leg room referred to people who already bought Tommy class.

On an unrelated matter, whatever you think of the food at Cafe Lafayette, the piano bar upstairs on Friday and Saturday night is wonderful. While it starts a 9 ish, the better singers come after 10:15 p.m. Highly recommended.
