HI. I too have a question about the Hyatt Tiered Bonus Challenge. I stayed 19 nites between 10/9/2011 and 01/13/2012. I should receive 25,000 bonus points. The rules say to allow 6-8 weeks after Jan 13th for the points to post. That should've been March 9th. I called the Diamond line and they said they saw where I was signed up for the Diamond challenge but nothing about a Bonus Challenge. Thanks
