Hope that you aree hanging tough!! We-myself and most of us really want things in merged company to work out well for aqll-co?UA,employeees, loyalflyers. I think we are all still in some shock at all that has changed, gone missing, gone wrong, is still in limbo, etc Steady & honest,transparent communications ongoing will go along way.

Millionmiler - since DIA opened - very loyal to United.Continued support when we moved near Spokane- 2006. More challenging now- less flights from GEG yet solid growing regional airport,- 10-12 airlines, ?? :millionmilers were given 2nd highest status. With Continental 75 level, millionmilers DEMOTED to 3rd highest . Please reconsider and re-elevate millionmilers to Premier Platinum,under the "new" system.Steve
