After years of establishing a career and a lifetime of dreaming about and traveling around the world, I have finally decided that it is time for me to write about my travels. Almost 20 years ago, when starting a business, I was given advice that resonated with me and stayed with me all these years from a trainer I had hired for the business. It was almost like the medicine man from Bali in Eat, Pray, Love giving me the advice I needed to hear. He said: “If you are going to work this hard and this long, you need to take a vacation every 6 weeks of your life, or you are going to get burned out.” This was amazing news for me and I listened!
