The hotel rates seem all over the place, with some good deals and some prices that look more like rack rates.
According to the web It seems relatively generous. If you can find a decent rate, and had an international flight planned for 4 people the 10% code could easily pay for a hotel stay and leave you some change. Not every hotel was offering 30% across the board. I just checked for the Royal York and it is only 20%. The price I received for the Olympic in Seattle is a fully non-refundable rate. It is a better deal using FHR or Virtuoso. Oh well. Thanks to the OP for the heads up. Perhaps a different hotel at a different time would have worked for me.
