Anyone seen this one before? I bought an M fare for SEA-IAH-xxx that I traveled on this past Thursday. I upgraded at purchase to "ZN" class which was available on both flights. Flights posted as "ZM" (paid/flown) but only awarded me 500 award miles and 500 bonus miles for each flight. Yet the PQM posted correctly at 1874 (SEA-IAH) and ~750 (IAH-xxx). I'll give UA a day or two to sort this out and see if it fixes itself. If not I'll call in this week and get it adjusted. I don't need the missing ~3,000 miles for anything this week. -RM
I had a MCO-IAH-SJO with totally messed up RDMs, but the PQMs were correct. I've already written to MileagePlus CS about it. Apparently they moved the person who programed HKG award flights to a different responsibility.
There's a larger thread over on FT. Apparently *all* flights are posting wrong as of this weekend. Go figure... -RM
Same here. IAD-ORD is 589 miles, only 500 posted. Good times. 8/16/2012 United 0555ZM Washington (IAD)-Chicago (ORD) ZM / ZM 500 500 1000
Hi Everyone, As you’ve noticed, this weekend, redeemable miles for United and partner flights were not credited correctly. Specifically, the mileage amounts posted were either 250, 325, 500 or 750, instead of the true base miles. Additionally, class of service bonuses were not correct because they were calculated as a percentage of the incorrect base miles. Premier Qualifying Miles and Segments (PQM/PQS) were credited correctly. To fix this, we will be deleting the incorrect miles tonight and expect to re-credit the correct miles by the end of the week. Now my 'recent activity' is blank but my miles appear to have posted correctly. Can't be 100% sure until I can see the activity but the numbers appear to the right on the surface. Thanks, RM
My ORD-MCO flight from Friday posted incorrectly on Sunday, but as of this morning it's been corrected.
This is very unUnited-like. They said ten days and did it in one. Have they possibly hired new help in IT?
