It is a new season for the NBA.

Whom do like to be crowned champion this season?

    Let the conversations begin.

    I like the Heat.:)

That is a VERY generous offer, considering what you could get for them on stubhub.

    Thanks Mike.

I'm going to the Lakers vs Celtics game in LA later this year. Any chance that you are going to that game?

Thanks for starting this thread, tondoleo :)

FWIW, I forget who I picked to win last year here on Milepoint.... LOL...
And I also can't seem to remember who won the chip! :D

More choice is the NY Knicks, of course!
Hasn't their time finally come? :)

They look good so far. I'm curious how the team handles the return of Amare Staudimire.

Sorry, I'm going to the one on the east coast. ;)

Tonight is the "meet the rookies" event, so we're going to see Jared Sullinger, their first round pick. The guy's either going to be great or a huge bust, no in-between.

I'm surprised that the Celts (and the Lakers, for that matter) haven't been better out of the gate. They definitely upgraded the team. I guess there really is something to team chemistry.

Anybody have a shot at Miami? How far do you think the Lakers will go?

    Okc can beat Miami.

If the Lakers get passed San Antonio they won't get out of the next round.

My Celtics look like they are simply running out of gas. Should have won Game 1 in NYC and will now go out in five. Secretly, I'm rooting for massive upsets and another Celtics v Lakers finals.
