Another day, another program seemingly making it hard for AW. My two Chase UR accounts won't check (my third Ink Bold won't even work in there). Each time it checks a Chase UR account, it brings up a window asking for a code that was emailed. Sure enough, Chase has emailed a code. But entering the code doesn't do the trick - it just starts another cycle. Meanwhile, I can login to the website manually with no extra security questions, and move over to the UR site without any additional info. So it seems a bit like Chase is trying to keep AW out.
This is not true. So on average we fix about 10 programs each day. Chase just happened to be one of those 10 programs today, lets not spread rumors We are working on a fix, just please be patient with us.
Glad to hear problem has been fixed. Wasn't happy with the original thought another program is dropping off of AW. Is there any way we can possibly petition AA to get them back?
Maybe start hitting their Facebook page, and Tweeting? I think they can yank FB posts, but Tweets are eternal.
Several of us did this to no avail. After the first few posts on FB & Twitter, AA just stopped responding.
I've noted this elsewhere here, but this negative treatment of AW by the airlines worries me; I value them in a very substantial way. If this becomes the trend in the industry, I'm going to be aggravated beyond belief. AW is just too helpful and useful. Hopefully my tiny letter of concern to United asking them to not follow the illogical band wagon will have some small good.
I believe they once said that they can't do Chase Business accounts. Not sure why - scraping is scraping - but that's what they said.
