Sorry but I'm lost. I posted a question concerning applying for multiple Citi AA cards. I got several answers but when I got to look this morning, the post is gone? I posted here in the Newbies section. I can't find it using the search in the upper right corner or the advance search?? What am I missing? Michael......
Yeah, unfortunately, under your account, it says that this post you made here is your only one. However, if you could re-post it, we could see if we can help. Welcome to MP, sorry for the hiccup
Everything I posted on Saturday got lost. There's also a thread in the feedback forum reporting this, however no answers yet about what happened. Hope it all gets restored soon.
Your post and the answers, it appears Looks like disaster struck at a bad time. No official word yet from the authorities, as far as I have seen.
I was like Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeekkkkkkkk I had been a good boy this year and it was like santa leaving me a lump of coal and no preasents
I went ahead and reposted some of the things that I had done yesterday. I had responded to the OP's post yesterday regarding AA credit cards too....
I hear that! Some of the things I reposted were some things that I shared from my blog. I am waiting for the member to repost his questions on Citi AA cards so I can comment on that again...
Ok, whew. I made a post on the new Starwood promo and went to look for it this morning... with no avail. Good to know I'm not crazy.
Initially we though the problem was only related to one thread. Then we realised many contents were also disappearing elsewhere. So I take it anything that was lost and wasn't part of the last backup is gone for good and not retrievable.
Ok, thanks everyone. I'm very new to this forum but have vast experience using other forums across the net. I thought it was wierd I couldn't find my post. I used up my whole toolbox of tricks trying to locate it. And...I did get an answer to my original posted question. I was just checking to see if anyone had added anything when I noticed everything was missing.
I'm never happy to see any missing posts. From what I know, Paul was reloading some databases on Amazon's Cloud (AWS) and for whatever reason had a problem which caused this white-out of some posts. I have not yet heard back an exact answer of the redundancy and where we might be on this. Again, we're very sorry.
