I`m going to post this in the FAQ as well but the Japanese credit card law has changed from this year so if you change credit cards even from the same company, you have have a complete new examination and for me this meant the following

I changed my ANA Gold Wide JCB credit card to SFC Gold credit card and I had an increase of 1 time payments, my bunkatsu was reduced to 0 and cashing was increased. Totally makes no sense they would remove bunkatsu payments but increase everything else. Now I have to wait 6 months before I can apply again to get bunkatsu back again as your credit limits do not change with your credit card which is what I incorrectly assumed.
