I rarely stay at Starwood. However, the company that bought us out last year, Starwood is their preferred vendor, so I think I'm going to be staying at Starwood properties more often. Anyhow, I stayed several weeks back, my Starwood account shows a transfer to UA on 7/26. The thing is they have not yet posted to my UA account (account matches properly in SPGs profile). How long does this usually take to post? I called SPG and they said I needed to contact UA. Thoughts? Thanks!
It sounds like you have your account set up for Direct Deposit with United. Domestic airline transfers can take up to two weeks. Any longer than that and you could call SPG up and ask for an airline transfer follow-up to be done. Best regards, William R.
