Indeed, HA is there, too. Tested a few other routes, didn't get any hits on other partners so far.
Anyone want to head to MNL via HNL? I bet that NA gateway stop over would be nice.
How about SYD via HNL? I wonder if QF inventory might become a tad easier to find now that people will be able to book SYD using HA online, and might not bother calling in and finding out about QF anymore.
Also, it's awesome to see multi-partner awards: OAK-HNL on AS, HNL-SYD on HA.

Obviously BA opens a ton of destinations in Europe, Asia, and Africa for redemption.
With HA we've now got options to SYD, PPT, ICN, MNL, KIX, PPG, and another option to NRT with the North American gateway stop option in HNL.
FYI when trying to book a flight you can click on list partners and see who you can fly with.

Might be, or might be no flights are available. I was able to find tons when I was looking though.
Ah... yes, I was trying to get some free North American stops and when the non-stop from my "gateway" is unavailable sure enough no availability. This is pretty cool. I guess I may not have to call the EXP desk ever again! Just kidding!
Sidenote: Looking forward to what I'm sure will be an uptick in people posting about how their free ticket is costing $500-$1000 in fees and taxes now that BA is bookable.
Maybe once they add CX, QF, and JL for me. I'd be set.

TELL THEM TO READ THIS -- I always fly ath-jfk-ath and the so called tax in biz class was around $400.00, it killed me when I knew that jfk-ath-jfk was next to nothing -- now trying to book my reg ath-jfk-ath and the SO CALLED TAX ETC IS $758.00 --- I can go with BA( ath-lhr-jfk-lhr-ath ) who has the reputation for being the biggest gouger for"only" $ 600.00 tax n fees etc.
Well you telling them will be about the same as me telling them.
Sadly you cannot get to ATH using AA miles on AA.com now without using BA, and any redemption on BA will come with some fairly big fuel surcharges. You can always still call AA and ask them about award space to ATH with Air Berlin (AB) or Finnair (AY), or even Iberia (IB). IB still charges some YQ but it's lower than BA. This was the case even before the awards became bookable on AA.com.
Nonetheless, very frustrating, and part of the reason I have to this day never redeemed on BA.
thank you for the input -- BA now cost me less for an award ticket than delta ----- the cost to fly delta on award jfk -ath is $78.00--- reverse order $758.00 ---- on ba starting in ny about $1000-- starting in athens $600.00
to bad delta does not have a one fare at half the r/t like others
Really?? I just booked a trip from GRU to LHR roundtrip and payed about 10 dollars for all taxes and fees!!!
Was it on BA or on AA through the US?
Flying GRU-LHR is much cheaper than LHR-GRU.

AA mentioned previously (LINK) that they'd be slowly rolling out partner bookings, starting with BA and followed by QF, FJ, and AY.
I'm sure CX is in the works but wasn't mentioned as "on deck".
