Book With Miles Functionality Broken?

    Ive been trying to use United Mileage Plus to search for tickets that I intend to book with my miles. For the past week it hasnt been working. Anyone else have the same issue?

    I think it is deep breath time. There have been reports (but I can't find the thread) of various several .bomb problems over the past couple of weeks. I know it doesn't help to know that it is not just you, but it does give relief that it is not just you.

    I have found that it sometimes doesn't work unless you log in first. Try that before you give up.

    Try changing Web browsers; my experience was flaky with Chrome (especially before logging in), OK with Firefox 4, and OK with IE9.

    I have done lots of booking with miles on UA.com recently. I do always log in first so I can see the flight availability (NF, XF, NY, XY etc.). I may never have tried it while not logged in.
