booking problem on BA.com

    I am trying to book a "JFK to PEK" CX flight online
    on BA.com

    I can find availability on BA.com for "JFK-HKG" and "HKG-PEK" ,
    but when I tries to search JFK - HKG - PEK, it will not
    show me any available seat.

    How can I resolve this problem ?

    I tried to call BA, but they already closed.
    Does BA office open during the weekend ?

    BA is open 7 days a week, or at least that is what the Executive Club told me yesterday.

    Is this a redemption or revenue booking?

    If revenue, why do you need to book it on BA.com? You could book elsewhere unless there is a special reason?

    If redemption you obviously can only book with BA

    Are you sure your connection complies with rules for minimum connection times etc?

    If redemption, it could be a married segments rule, or it could simply be a booking problem - BA.com can't handle everything under the sun. Are you being given the option to include partners?
