I am trying to book a "JFK to PEK" CX flight online on BA.com I can find availability on BA.com for "JFK-HKG" and "HKG-PEK" , but when I tries to search JFK - HKG - PEK, it will not show me any available seat. How can I resolve this problem ? I tried to call BA, but they already closed. Does BA office open during the weekend ?
Is this a redemption or revenue booking? If revenue, why do you need to book it on BA.com? You could book elsewhere unless there is a special reason? If redemption you obviously can only book with BA Are you sure your connection complies with rules for minimum connection times etc? If redemption, it could be a married segments rule, or it could simply be a booking problem - BA.com can't handle everything under the sun. Are you being given the option to include partners?
I've seen this before even with valid MCT in HKG using BA's engine. Check http://www.cxagentsusa.com/GeneralInformation/subdefault.asp?SectionID=13 for MCT.
