My statement closed, but I didn't see any miles in my BA account. When applying for the card, I gave them my existing BA number. When I received my card, my BA number wasn't printed on it, but I didn't think much of it because my CO card doesn't have it and there's no problem. I called chase and they didn't have my BA number on file. The CSR said it would take 7-10 business days to get a response from BA. I'm just worried about my miles. Did anyone experience this?

Met the spend requirement before the first statement closed. 50k awarded, but no bonus yet. Asked around and was told that the bonus may take a while to post. Anyone else in the same boat?

Interesting, my BA number is on my card...is this not that case for yours?

No, it's not on my card. But I didn't think much of it because my CO card has no number on it. The missing number on the card should have alerted me. The miles are shown on my Chase statement, but they were never transferred to BA. I'm still waiting for Chase to tell me what happened. It's only been a couple of days now. Should I be worried?

After a couple of days, I wouldn't be worried. Keep on top of them though.

I am in the same boat--no BA number on my card and no number on file even though it was in my application. When I called to verify my account, the CSR noted that my number was not in the system and gave me another Chase # to call; they sent me to BA who sent me back to Chase where I got the same 7-10 days wait for a response.:(
Any day now I should see something in the mail...... Will let you know when.

I've been waiting to see if someone else experienced this. We seem to be in the same exact situation. I'll keep you posted too. If I hear from them first, I'll let you know what they say.

What really bugs me about this is that it seems ultra-bureaucratic. How difficult could it be to punch in the numbers and add them to an account? They call this "customer service"?

I just checked my Chase card - I'm a new BA member and the BA FF # is on my Chase card

I still don't have the miles. I wrote a secure message to Chase. The CSR who replied said he needed to contact BA and would get back to me.

I am waiting for today's mail and if there is still no response then I will message Chase as well. :(

After sending a secure message to Chase, my first 50,000+ miles finally posted to my BA :). The rep hasn't emailed me back, but that's okay :D.

Nothing in the mail, but the CSR emailed me back today to say that my Chase acct was linked to my BA account so hopefully those miles will show up when I make my first payment.:)

Did the first statement have to close before you got the 50K?

Got a letter from Chase saying my BA account wasn't linked originally but now it was and they would issue me a new card. New card arrived today with my BA # on it and the 50,000 miles are showing up on my Chase account. All's well that ends well.:)
