[Charity Fundraiser] Hyatt Regency Bellevue Suite Auction

We have nine suites up for grabs at the Hyatt Regency Bellevue.

***Some of the auctions are for suite upgrades, some are for complimentary suites. Please plan your bid accordingly.

For purposes of bidding, please list the specific suite you are bidding on. If you don’t list the suite type, we will ignore the bid.

The auction will close at 5:59pm EST on Sunday, January 22nd. Descriptions below:

Studio Suite UPGRADE: These are 5 of these upgrades to a suite. You will still be paying for your room at the group rate. Pictures and description can be found here:

VIP Suite: These are 3 specific suites up for auction. If you win one of these suites, you will NOT pay for your room at the hotel. Rather, the total price of your winning bid will include your room rate AND the upgrade. We will communicate with the hotel and cancel your current room and replace it with the suite you’ve won. Your payment to the charity auction will be your only payment.

The minimum bid for these 3 suites will be $250.

Not that anyone would mistake me for an anal retentive type A person, but we will still get a stay credit for this suite, right? And, if the original room had a suite upgrade (cleared), the upgrade will be returned?

I would think the suite upgrade would be returned without an issue as long as it's one that isn't expired. Not sure on stay credit. I believe the answer is yes, but wouldn't swear by it.

I'll open for the Olympic suite at $275.

I'll kick off the Studio Suite Upgrade for $40 - come on and knock me out of the running!

I'll bid on TWO studio suites at $50 each.

And, since we already have a confirmed suite upgrade, I will donate these upgrades to anyone sharing rooms at Hyatt Bellevue (so that they are sharing a suite instead). Note, that Studio Suites have one king bed, according to the description, and a sofa.
