Just booked overflow hotel-first time attendee and first time I've ever planned travel this far out

I'm in the overflow hotel as well.

Hi there, can someone clarify what group code or IATA is required when booking at the overflow? Host hotel had C12 as a group code but that doesn't mesh with the overflow booking...just want to ensure I get matched correctly. THANKS

I had to call and they found "chicago seminars" as the rate type as I couldn't get the online to work either w/C12 code.

This is waaaaaaay too far out for me to plan if I can come, but did the seminars fill up last year? And if so, when?

I'm not sure if they ever filled up. Last time I booked only a month or so before the event.

Where can I get the the overflow registration? tx

Just a note to anyone interested.... I've stayed at the Holiday Inn that will serve as the overflow hotel a handful of times, and it is actually one of my favorite ORD airport hotels. The Harry Caray's restaurant on the property is great as well.

Working on details. Might be a little less formal than the large sessions given that the majority will be interested in miles and points. But it is a unique travel topic and I'm happy to present my perspectives to all who are interested. Look forward to seeing you in Chicago! I can't wait!

Registration is $85 this year which includes seminar attendance, lunch both days and coffee breaks morning and afternoon.

We had to up the registration because the prices were increased by the hotel.

Yes, but I recall that some of the specific presentations sold out well in advance.

Got my registration all done. It took me two tries because I got an error from PayPal the first time. They said they were having problems with their credit card processors and to try again later. Seems like that would be kind of a serious problem for PayPal, but luckily the payment went through fine the second time. Hopefully I picked the right workshops for all the best secrets. See you all in Chicago.
