While yes there is a trading forum for Golds (or above), it seems there are plenty of threads where folks have offered up items or have asked if anyone has certain items, so just go ahead and post IMO as there are currently no rules/T&Cs regarding posting trades on MP.

It is useful to have this clarification. It is a little painful to have to endure the wait and out in the posts, and I am not sure why it is made so difficult. but I understand that this seems to be the accepted model to attain potential trading privileges.

You also need an obscene number of likes (around 2k).

There are those other threads, but that seems like cheating the system. Maybe one day I'll decide to support this cheating viewpoint by giving out unused SWUs to any gold members who haven't posted in the "count to large number" thread. Maybe.

Is the criteria for MP Gold a certain number of posts or posts across a variety of subjects and threads? I have been on MP for quite some time and wonder what's required to reach Gold. Also, where is the CC thread located(under what forum)?
