How many lounge + tap combos can we list? Msp c summit EPA Lax overcarbonated redhook ESB Atl Sweetwater 420 Etc.
They had a few nice options last time I was there. I believe Cutthroat at the time, and a couple of others worthy of mention. Now if this was the US Airways forum, this discussion would be much, much shorter!
Posted without comment: The guy in front of me in first just finished "reading" Star and InTouch magazines.
Everytime I'm in northern Michigan I get absolutely spoiled by the microbrews. The mitten is a great state for beer.
Guy in the ATL A17 SkyClub loudly complaining that he lost his seat in F and almost missed his flight because he accidentally exited security and had to re-clear.
How do you "almost miss your flight" and "lose F"? I understand if you actually missed the flight, but making the flight and losing F?!?!? Sounds to me as if someone was never if F to begin with.
The new bag-tracking tool is pretty nifty - I was hoping my bag might have made an earlier flight so I could visit baggage service office and make my way home more quickly.
That mostly happens on the Shuttle when you check a bag any more than an hour before your flight. Then it has always been routine to stop at the baggage office first at National or LaGuardia since it usually does get on the earlier flight. Now we can even save those steps.
F0 Y9 for my LAX-ATL flight this Sunday...good times...in Y...but work did pay to get me all the way back from KBL...and I'd rather have the MQM than have flown EK. The flight before is F2 and one after us F0...craziness!
Actually, I have to say the new SC at Seattle is very nice, has showers, and in general is going to have more food/snacks than the Board Room. I think Sunday is now the worst day to travel domestically. Fewer flights than Monday, and lots of travelers. David
Right, for me the MQMs were desirable over EK in Y; 19k is a lot if miles. I knew the UG chances on an L fare would be low, even early in the morning.
It's 16 in London at the moment. Oh, I suppose I should convert that for most of the members: 61F or thereabouts. I've clearly become too accustomed to British weather, as I've been thinking how great temps in the 15-18C range are when I'm out playing or refereeing tag rugby in the evenings.
My colleagues have complained alot about the weather lately. SoCal, of course, has been nice and Kabul has been decent...I do not get back to the UK until the end of next month and, hopefully, summer will show up...at least a little!
