One of our girls slowed down, she hasn't been laying for 3 weeks. (She went broody, she just wants to hatch eggs and be a mother hen, she doesn't want to lay eggs). The other one is holding up her end of things, giving us 5 per week, but that's not enough to fill our baskets.
Actually those aren't from my girls, some of those are what you get from the chickens known as "Easter Eggers". They naturally lay the different colored eggs.
Bummer, I thought they were from yours. Our neighbor has Easter Egger chickens and the eggs we get from her are beautiful like that. Nothing beats fresh eggs.
