    I just went to the President's Club Webpage & can't find any info on the new points system. What are points good for? How many points = a free room night at various Fairmont hotels?

    Here is the Fairmont Rewards webpage that shows point redemption options. 25K - 75K points per night for an Ovation Rewards certificate. Or 1 cent per point when redeemed for gift cards from various retailers -- including Fairmont.

    The ovation certificates are not very good redemptions, unfortunately. Gift cards seem to be the better way to go, unless you're planning on going during high season.

    Anyone know what the availability is like for the Raffles in Paris? Would get this card if I knew I could book a room there for a trip to Paris next april.

    I called and the rep said to sign up at loungeclub.com/fairmont with the code farimont but that link does not work.
