Great news. I've wondered about this property previously, but never stayed there. With this new flag...give it a little while to gel...and it should be a great property. I've been a fan of the Santa Barbara location for some time. I guess the old GM gets sacked in the deal?
I would say FS brings it's very own GM and concepts, Auberge Resorts was kicked out and FS was taken on as manager by the owners to increase guest numbers, we will see how this plays out in the future, of course it's sad for the previous GM!
From what I heard there are some great changes happening to this property! Four Seasons is spending a significant amount of money in enhancing the guest arrival experience, as well as the total feel of the property! Good Luck to them!
