Earlier this week, Frontier tweeted this: "Hey CO, get elite w/ us! Email statusmatch@flyfrontier.com proof of your elite status w/ any airline get Ascent or Summit status on Frontier -- Frontier Airlines" I conveniently ignored the CO part and emailed them with my request along with personal info and a scan of my AA PLT card. 72hrs later and am now Summit with 60 days to fly 6 one-way trips in order to keep it until Feb 2014. If you're in the Denver area, may be worth getting. If not, try to get it anyway!
