I have flown several times on Virgin Airlines and paid for GoGo's internet access, and never had any success with it. It is intermittent, the cursor goes crazy, it is continually dropping. GoGo needs to either fix this or not charge.
Every time I have used gogo it worked well, never flew virgin though . Maybe it's a hardware problem.
We have no known issues on VX at the moment, and this sounds like a problem I have never heard of on any of our airlines. Please check into out chat at http://gogo.to/gogochat so we can get some flight numbers and your user name. We definitely want to look into this. Cursors going crazy certainly doesn't sound like anything we can have any control over. Are you using a wireless mouse on the flight?
