We experienced a security issue with a Hampton Inn recently. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, he was rude and dismissive, even laughing at one of my concerns. Although we did receive compensation from Hampton's satisfaction guarantee, I want to make Hilton aware of the behavior both displayed and endorsed by this manager. I have found a variety of addresses online. Does someone here have the name and mailing address of the appropriate contact at Hilton corporate?
