    Well, as many of you know, as the end of the oneworld MegaDO is Friendly Skies 21st Birthday. While the MegaDO is restricted to those on the charter, this birthday party is not. The venue is not yet determined, so we are using the hotel as a base right now.

    West Wood and UCLA are about 10 mins by cab from the hotel. I would suggest barney's beanery most of the time there a lot of college kids there and a lot of the time its buy one get one free on drinks.

    Yeah its a cool spot and there are like 10 other bars within walking distance from there. Also an In-n-Out and Diddy Riese.

    I was originally on a redeye the same evening but the airline canceled the flight, so now I'm staying overnight. Guess I should look at the Hyatt:D

    too funny on the date, I have a thread on FT in Community Buzz about a dinner on Sat night Jan 28 in LA.

    I haven't posted in MP as the venue hasn't been determined yet.

    Since this is my first [Mega]DO, I have no idea how I'll be feeling at the end -- if I'm not ready to pass out by Saturday evening, I'd be up for both the dinner and birthday celebration, too!

    21st birthday party sounds great! This will make my heart younger again. :D No trip plan yet. Too far ahead to confirm. But where ever I will be, I am pretty sure, you will have a wonderful birthday party FriendlySkies.
