I really pity him! It's the airline which should have been charged guilty for allowing a sleep deprived pilot to fly.
I don't understand why anyone felt that it was necessary to impose "he is not allowed on board any domestic or international flight without permission from the judge or his probation officer"; He's obviously not a threat as a passenger.
