    It's really sad how I can take a HND-OKA flight which is only 2.5 hours flight time vs 6 hour flight time BKK-HND and get more FOP's LOL

    Indeed but that's one of the longest scheduled domestic flights. ANd it's not cheap if you were to buy a domestic roundtrip ticket :)

    That's true...If I bought a OKA-HND ticket one way it will cost over 30k one way. I flew all sectors for 50k yen :D

    My ticket in two weeks ITM-NRT / HND-ITM ticket will cost 36000yen blah

    I think the international feeder flight is free (or cheaper than yokoso ?)
    He buy a ex-BKK tix back to Japan and then get Yokoso offer (did you buy the non-OW Welcome Japan Pass, Fumitani ?)

    Nothing is a stupid question. It's the Yokoso Japan fare. It's available to all visitors to Japan.

    As long as you don't hold a Japanese Passport (there are ways around it also). You need to start anywhere ex WORLD wide (not japan). Buy a ticket xxx-Japan-xxx and inbetween you can purchase a Yokoso Japan Fare.

    Each sector cost me 1man yen plus 1000yen upgrade to class J! :)

    I just bought the Yokoso...I didn't buy the Welcome Japan Pass. I should have because then I would have gotten another 14985 FOP!!!!!!! argh... oh well next time...

    Nah....I don't do it like that. I always have a BKK-KIX-BKK ticket. I sometimes need to travel to BKK on short notice so I have a return portion handy with me at all times. After all that flying I have KIX-BKK open ticket as of right now!

    It works from Korea also!

    What I did was buy

    #1 BKK-HND-OKA (open jaw) KIX-BKK
    #2 (yokoso Japan) OKA-HND-OKA-HND-OKA-ITM

    You can figure how I flew.

    ANA Equivalent yes of course!!!!! Japan Star Pass :)

    Anywhere! And nothing is OT in this thread as usual :) You should check with NH what their requirements are. They might look at your AMC account. JAL doesn't but you'd better call an overseas NH office to confirm. 1800 calls through skype is always free :)

    The ANA eqv is call "Star Alliance Japan Airpass" and "Visit Japan Fare"

    It basically work out the same as the "Yokoso Japan Fare" and "Welcome to Japan Fare", but it is confirmed that JAL are willing to sell you both if you are arriving Japan on an OW carrier flight (it should be code only). Not sure if it's the same as ANA

    Not free. For TYO-OSA and TYO-NGO yes, it is almost free. But not for HND-OKA. It is cheaper though

    You earn 100% miles and 400 point bonus. If you have Club-A JAL Card you get 20% bonus if you can upgrade to class J you get an additional 10%. I qualify for all bonuses so it goes like this.

    OKA-HND base 984 x 2 (double for domestic) x 1.2 (2011 JAL Card Mileage Project) x 1.1 (Class J upgrade *must pay with money...if u use coupons you don't get additional) + 400 (FOP bonus) = 2997 FOP per sector

    Damn, and to think I got my JGC the hard way, flying Sendai-Osaka more times than I like to think about... one of the FAs came up to me and asked in a bright smiley way (the way you talk to dangerous, disturbed people), 'Do you like airplanes?'

    Not one of my greatest moments...
