I believe it was stated during the beta that the OM status would continue for a period of time after going live. Would not have made sense to have it only for beta members... that implication was never there for me. Funny you are over here ... I did not think you liked MP
I have some interest to see how things improve here so I will monitor the situation as time permits (for a while) & it's a slow relaxed day for me It's not a question of likeing but of what value (& cost) it offers me Clearly you are a switch hitter by some other name

I did (doesn't everyone save all their emails these days, what with Gmail and all? ), and the closest thing approaching your interpretation is this line line (of at least the version I received): It's a stretch to say that "It was implied (or stated) in our original invitation that it would only apply to Beta folks," but I can see where you got that idea. Regardless, I don't understand why some people are so quick to place blame and believe the worst about others' intentions. I try to always believe the best about someone until proven wrong, and that applies to Randy and the other founders of this board, too. Optimism makes my life happier.
Mine too There is such a thing as a cynical optimist The entire idea of creating a "new" competitive website irks me As I mentioned early on I wished that he would have used his knowledge & creativity to give us something very different I still have great respect for him & feel indebted for value received
I am glad it isn't. I didn't make the invite list, but am pretty confident now that I found this forum I will spend far less time on a certain other one. Now to find valuable info to post to make more friends....
