There is only a web-based helpline and you are on it.

First step, recognize the problem;
Second step, "hair of the dog", make more loans;
Third step, repeat step two as necessary to keep the fear of withdrawal at bay

There may be other steps, but I wouldn't know because step three is working out quite well for me.

This is so awesome. Just yesterday I was able to make my first loan as a member of the MP team, and now today I was able to contribute to the mutual fund (I gave a little to each of the three areas; I hope that's okay!). I really wish I could come to the Kiva Do, because even though I have just joined the MP team, I have been a fan of Kiva's for awhile. I'm glad this community supports such a great organization!

Are these donations tax deductible? Since they are to fund loans and not to Kiva, the 501(c)(3) organization, and since you get raffle tickets, my guess is no. If confirmed as correct, I will make my contribution at the Do. Otherwise, I will make the same contribution at the Do.!!!

Just donated to the mutual fund. After being introduced to Kiva by this fine site several months ago already made several loans directly there.

It is nice to see that with all of our "first world" problem of what is the best first class seat, we still have the insight to contribute to others who are has real problems.

Great idea on the mututal fund. Can't make the DO, unfortunately, but just made a $50 donation to the relending funds portion of the MF. Still awed by the generosity of this group.

Sad I am not at the DO. I just made a $25 donation to the relending funds. Would be nice to win something, but will be happy just knowing that my donation will go to help those in need over and over and over again.
