    I just loaned to Grace from South Sudan. I see my loan on her page but do not see that my loan was matched. How do you know it got matched?

    The match will likely be in the background. For example, if you lend to a borrower, note the amount remaining. When you have successfully lent, the amount remaining should be lower by 2X the amount you lent.

    I am not sure if the matching funds are being added to the Team totals as I have seen dollar amounts ending in $25 and 75 which would not be possible if dollar amounts are doubled.

    Or is it possible whomever is doing this will wait until we're at 75k and then contribute? I say this only because the South Sudan $200 loans are at most 8 lenders. I am the only MPer on mine. 8 lenders, all with user names and not anonymous. And I know it was a $200 loan when I started as at the time I was the first one on it.

    I hadn't thought about how the match would be done before now. Just threw in what i could and went on.

    Perhaps the $ 75,000 will be a direct gift to Kiva with the team receiving credit. It would make more sense to me to do it that way. I don't know if Kiva's IT algorithm would be able to handle the individual loan matching. $ 75,000 is 3,000 small loans. A mini moneybomb.

    However, all of my idle speculation brought on by the fruit sugar rush of organic cherries is futile. It is great someone has been so generous to Kiva and our motley crew of a team of lenders.

    I just realized that we are about $150K below the $3M loan to Kiva amount which means once the match is complete at $75K, it will actually be a total of $150K and we'll make $3M easily this month. Man, that is so cool just being this close. Thanks to the masked man/lady for the MegaMatch.
