This comes out to 2.2 cents/mile, which is cheaper than what Dultah sells miles for (2.8 cents/miles), plus you can use the flowers for mulch. Hopefully they won't spam you like FTD does.

This thread is great! It's amazing how hard it is to find promotions on delta.dumb. nwa.com had everything in one area, and you could not only see which ones you had registered for, but could also see your progress towards airline promos.
Is this something that Delta has done in the past? I currently have about 25K MR points with no chance to get to 50K by June (Corporate card and I got a recent kindly reminder about using it for business expenses only). I was wondering if it made sense for me to take advantage of this offer but miss the MQM or if I should hope I make it to 50K in time for a similar offer next year. I know there's the Platinum offer of 50K points, but that's a separate decision for me to weigh.
I don't know if this applies to you, but under some conditions you can "borrow" MR points. If you don't earn them back within the stated time frame (a year?), you are charged money for them.
