Milepoint Spotlights Support for Susan G. Komen For The Cure

    Milepoint believes that breast cancer is not just a woman's issue, it affects us all—children, husbands, fathers, brothers, friends and even fellow flyers.

    We are pleased during the month of October to support Susan G. Komen For the Cure and are flying our flag high with our unique new milepoint logo featured on the front page of the milepoint forums, our new custom Avatar for our members to help raise awareness and in the days ahead, our exclusive Fly For The Cure t-shirt for which all proceeds will be donated to benefit the fight in finding a cure against breast cancer.

    As well, Susan G. Komen For The Cure will be the featured charity for the upcoming oneworld MegaDo and will play a prominent part in the Launch Party for the event on October 9 in Los Angeles.

    EXCLUSIVELY AT MILEPOINT. This soft cotton tee with "Fly for the Cure" printed on the back is part of our support for causes dedicated to finding new detection methods, better treatments and eventual cures for women's breast cancers. One hundred percent of the proceeds from each shirt sold will be donated to Susan G. Komen For The Cure.

    Great charity. My wife and I participated in last weeks Newport Beach "Race for the Cure". Over 1,700 breast cancer survivors participated as well as close to 30,000 other supporters.

    yes, we'll have a signature avatar this coming week as well as Fly For The Cure avatar w/ signature. You see signature avatars for the various MegaDo's so it is part of our overall strategies for official avatars. And really, thanks for the interest.

    I just came back from my own city's Race for the Cure, my grandmother died of breast cancer. Thanks for the support to increase awareness.

    I could not be more excited by the Milepoint partnership with Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure! Ambassador Nancy Brinker and her son Eric are personal friends, they are both doing amazing leading work for a great diversity of women internationally around breast cancer prevention and research. Thank you Randy for combining forces here to support a wonderful organization!!!!

    I had my pink T-shirt (on top of my pjs) all that night, through LAX, the redeye to Chicago and through ORD.

    Talk about raising awareness, don't think too many people missed me...
