    When I attempt to access the Award Store using the Firefox browser — as I have never claimed my awards for reaching silver member status as well as being an original member on milepoint.com — I receive the following alert:
    Is anyone else having this issue?

    What I get in Chrome is an expired certificate warning:

    The site's security certificate has expired!
    You attempted to reach milepoint.com, but the server presented an expired certificate. No information is available to indicate whether that certificate has been compromised since its expiration. This means Google Chrome cannot guarantee that you are communicating with milepoint.com and not an attacker. Your computer's clock is currently set to Wednesday, July 11, 2012 2:16:05 PM. Does that look right? If not, you should correct the error and refresh this page.

    Looking at the certificate, it apparently was valid until: ‎Thursday, ‎June ‎28, ‎2012 9:19:18 AM

    Bill was working on that this morning. SSL cert was renewed but apparently the info was incorrectly uploaded. Will have this repaired very quickly.

    We've mailed to Germany before and will mail to Germany again. If it wasn't for those members in Canada and the U.K., Germany would be our most popular postal location to mail to (outside of the U.S.). You are soon to be dressed in a marvelous manner.

    Sorry for the post - but I was wondering if this is the proper thread to check/see about questions concerning redemption of Award Store items.

    Specifically in my case, the Hyatt GP Platinum membership - which still isn't reflected when I log on to the Hyatt GP web site, even though I've redeemed it some time back.

    Is there a way to purchase the awards? I love my Milepoint T-shirt so much I'm wondering about purchasing extra to use as gifts. Or would that defeat the purpose? Maybe there could be one similar but different?

    We're working on re-opening a new merchandise catalog with the infamous Kiva Lending Team shirts and a few new versions of MilePoint t's. Got some fresh ideas for it and w are encouraged by this type of feedback, thanks.
