I took advantage of the Marriott promo that gave 2,000 miles per stay which ended April 30th. I am missing about 20,000 UAL miles that haven't posted from that promotion yet. Is anyone else missing miles from this? Who should I contact about this? UAL or Marriott? Any ideas on how I should contact them? Thanks in advance for your help!
I don't know about this one, but a lot of travel industry frequent guest promos say in the T&C that points/miles will post within six weeks or so of the end of the promo. Check the T&C for this one. It's pointless to try to contact them before the time frame that they have set.
