    The news series with Heston what his name starts...he of Fat Duck and Waitrose Xmas pudding fame.

    One of the episodes features food on board BA flights, he will be trying out new ideas to improve the food onboard

    He was on radio 1 the other morning promoting it, getting very excited about how the body reacts to pressurised cabins and how that affects taste. Given it was radio 1, it was actually quite informative.

    Without giving too much away, his idea to improve food onboard involves use of the sous-vide method of cooking.
