Yes, but looks can be deceiving - items on the web make clear it is at an airport. The entity whose building that is notes the same on its website. What goes on inside has had major effect on today's airline industry worldwide. (Not BGR.)

I saw the picture below and though it might be the same building, until I realized those were shadows, not windows.

Time for a little more of a clue.

The industry-influential "entity" attached to that building is not a manufacturer, government agency or trade association, but in fact an airline.

Without nailing down a country at this time other than this airport not being Canadian, I will say the airport in question is not on or within 200 miles of the east, or west, coast of the United States.
