I can't think of an airport anywhere I've been too where the local language and English wasn't on all the signs.

Well, I meant that in other Indian airports you'd probably have Tamil, Kannada, Punjabi, Urdu, etc. in addition to English and Hindi.

Considering it's nearing 3 am here in Germany and the only airport picture I have handy is of a very obscure airport which would require lots of help from me for someone to get, I'll pass and post it later when I get a turn again and have the time to provide clues.
