Well, we can plainly see that they probably are not hiding any weapons.

I guess the black areas are "anomalies" that must be "resolved" by patdowns.

So... we shouldn't be worried about the back view with a dark shape that looks like a semi-auto snub 9mm or .38 (to me)..? And yes, I admit it could be a 22, but given the mags on her front right hip... I'm a bit skeptical it would be so small a caliber.

You can do the patdown.......this guy looks suspicious as well...he might be packing (although from what I hear, he/she is a top level Chairman's Preferred elite on US):

IME when TSA runs their nude-o-scope, they look for a small piece or paper or tissue in pockets. AFAIK these cause no threat except of disgust when someone puts a used tissue into one of the TSA trays and then expects the next person to put their belongings there.

No one could pay me enough to do that.
