Hi, You might have better luck asking about the Marriott Account info on the Marriott forum. And also -- you should probably send the account statement in English, and it should probably have proof on it (web URL, graphics, something) that it actually came from the Marriott site. The attachment you included didn't have any of that; the Hyatt customer service rep would have no way of knowing that you didn't just make that up yourself! Good luck!
You are right, Leonardo85. I have a Marriott account, and when I choose the "Download" link for transactions, it gets rid of anything on the page that even indicates that it is a Marriott account! That's pretty silly... a) make sure you set your language preference to English b) choose the Print link instead of the Download link c) it's best if you have an option to Print to PDF, but if you don't, you should be able to print out to paper. If you have to print to paper, ask Hyatt customer service for a mailing address to send the print out to as proof for your Diamond Trial. Good luck! I hope this works better for you.
I may be way off here...but what the hey. Here goes... When you access your Marriott account, are you logging into Marriott.com or Marriott.de (for example)? If you're logging into Marriott.de, try going to Marriott.com and seeing if your login credentials will work. If that works, hopefully you can recreate the PDF in English or find some other information that could help you verify your activity history.
i just create an english version , now i will have to look what goldpassport will answer so cross fingers for me btw. do you know good hyatt hotels for holiday at the beach ? greetings
the question should be, how much money i will spend maldives are very expensive and the flight is very long from germany as i could imagine
update: so first i send a english one, which was much better... then they told me that the Marriot Sign is missing... So i send GP the printable acount overview where you can see the marriot sign and the nights which i´ve done in that year. After that, i got a mail that i wall enrolled for diamond and now have 60 days.. Wow... But two hours later i got a email from another GP customer support, which told me that they can´t activate because my status (gold) is missing. I can´t change the Marriott activity account... All in all very bad experinces with the GP :-(
With all due respect, it sounds like your troubles are really being caused by the Marriott website not displaying everything they need. GP can only go by what you give them. Is there nothing you get from Marriott that shows BOTH your status and your stays? If not, why not contact them and ask them to produce something that does for you? You don't have to tell them why.
Agreed. The problem is not with Hyatt Gold Passport. Maybe you could download some software, or a browser add-on, that could take a screenshot. This way you would have a little more control and you might be able to include the Marriott logo and your status.
Does anyone know if the diamond trial includes the 4 suite upgrades? I just got approved for it but don't see any upgrades? Thanks!
All accounts I've read about included the upgrades. If they're not in the Awards section of your account then try giving Hyatt a call. Depending on when you got approved maybe give it a day or two.
yes I got 4 suite upgrades that expired end of feb (that I used during this trial) then another 4 suite upgrades that hit up at the start of March...
