So I am going to turn 30 in 4 months. GADS I will have to start being an adult and stuff. Well to delay that day a little longer I am going to party in the place where people go to party, Vegas.

So here is the Plan(tm). Well it's not much of a plan, when more people sign on decisions will get made.

    9/7 Fri
    Fly in
Dinner TBA Maybe the spice market buffet. depends on time.
    bar hopping the strip

    9/8
    Breakfast on own.
Day: tour of some kind, perhaps racing cars, neon graveyard, stratosphere hotel, hanging out. Depends
    Evening: Dinner, Rao's/StripHouse/Olives/CraftSteak, somewhere nice.
Night, drinking...a lot... depending on the amount of people might rent a limo...Ellis island brewery, downtown cocktail lounge...club of some kind. Be prepared to drink or tolerate drunk people. Trip to the craps table.

    9/9
Brunch, hash house a-go-go (imperial palace) great place to nurse a hangover.
    Fly/drive out.

Are the Depends mandatory or can the adults in attendance use the bathroom?

p.s. if you're into partying, I've had good experience with Red Carpet VIP getting a group into clubs at a good rate.

The neon graveyard was closed the when I was there in March. I do recommend machine gun las vegas for the guns (and hopefully the M-60 will be working )

When I turned 30, I had no children, an executive wife who traveled 2 weeks out of 4, and I was full time invested in my education and training, i.e. I was a glorified student having a blast. I didn't even think about my age.

When I turned 40, I was taking care of children, running a business and too occupied to think about my age.
When they threw me a party at 50, I already had had a silver wedding anniversary, and I started to note my age and even feel it at times
And now that I have passed 60, I realize that I take care of many people who are younger than me, and that I have less time to the end than from the beginning. That blows my mind. And it seems like it happened so fast.

So get out there are raise Cain :D. Because in 10 years you may be married and have a brood of offspring needing attention. And I hope you will not be cruising Las Vegas Blvd.;)

As someone who's also turning 30 soon, this is a great perspective on life. Thanks for sharing.

    "Brood of offspring" is great.

This all seems a little personal. I would have liked to meet you in person before sharing the back seat of a limo with you first :D
