Cool. Googled (er, actually Binged?) "retro continental livery" and this was the first result. http://www.airlinesanddestinations.com/more/continental-paints-737-in-the-blue-skyway-retro-livery/
This was the plane we were lucky enough to enjoy on the SMD3 charter trip. I thought it was a nice touch! theBOAT
Doesn't UA have a retro livery plane flying right now, too? I thought I saw one - either an A320 or B757. I see the AS (Alaska Airlines) 75 year anniversary plane all the time, including today, at SEA. -RM
I like what US does and put all of their retro livery's from the airlines that all formed the current US (alleghaney, Piedmont, PSA, America West) has a nice nostalgia to it.
I completely love retro livery planes. I'd dig a PSA one, especially with the pink-and-orange (and fake woodgrain) interior.
