Emirates - I often find that after sending in an email complaint (I can always be counted on to find something to grouse about), when I check-in for my next flight, the record is noted with a customer service request to upgrade.me. I like that and if I were to place a dollar value on this, it's probably in the $40,000 range. Not bad for the occasional flight attendant slight.
