I avoid using the website for the time being, good thing I don't need any flights booked until at least end of next month or so, I hope they it will be much better by then
My definition of real people hardly means the Call Center in India.. I prefer the helping hands of agents stationed in their offices in the US and in SIN.. I find the Indian Call Center to be the most pathetic in the network of carriers that actually uses Indian Call Centers...
yes the Indian Call Center is truly horrible! Maybe now that SQ is on Twitter I could get help there instead of having to go down to ION
What kind of services do they provide at the ION office? I figure that the next time I'll have to call about reservations, I may attempt to get the KrisFlyer hotline to do them instead. As far as I know they're still not taken over by ICC.
Same service provided at the ION office as any other SQ office in the world. I just thought that it would be faster to get things done down there instead of having to deal with the incompetent ICC which couldn't deal with even the most simple requests like requesting for a BTC or changing my FFP number. You're right, this could work too. Last time I called the KF hotline it was routed not to the ICC. But the problem is the KF hotline is not 24 hours.
