If only someone would talk to us and tell us what the problem is. An ETD (estimated time of deposit) would go a long way towards calming our angst!
Hey All, Thanks for your patience regarding the miles for the SMD4. Here is a quick update on where we are. RDMs: We know that people in E+ did not get the correct RDMs posted. Those accounts will receive an additional posting for the difference. Bonus RDMs: We understand that the Bonus RDMs did not get posted for anyone. These will be posted by the end of the week at the latest. Any bonuses will be based on 2012 status. PQMs: We understand that PQMs did not get posted for anyone. These will be posted by the end of the week at the latest. The PQMs will count towards your 2012 totals. Any GPUs and RPUs that you are due will be deposited after the PQMs hit the account. Lifetime Miles: We understand that Lifetime miles did not post to your account. The appropriate lifetime miles will post to your account by the end of the week. PQS: PQS was never mentioned in the original offer, but I went ahead a threw one in. I know it won't mean much for many of you, but thought I would just drop one in there just in case. That will count towards your 2012 totals. Again everyone should be seeing updates to their totals by the end of the week. I want to thank everyone here for their patience. I know you could have contacted us directly to ask about your miles, but you trusted the organizers and resisted. If I have any updates around this issue, I will post them here. Regards, Carlos F.
Just to clarify something. You mean "RDM bonuses will be based upon 2012 status," right? Because PQMs were fixed based upon class of service purchased...
Thanks for the updates Carlos... and please ignore whatever jetsetr said... I'll take the PQM bonus... need about 25K. k'thanks
At last! Thank you. And the extra PQS is fantastic news for all the people who will miss status by one segment.
An additional 2500 miles has now appeared in my account as 12/11/12 Star MegaDO 4 Charter Flight Miles. I was in E+ for the charter. That's a good start!
