Stretch Hummer Andaz to JFK

Followed up on a lead from Wijomas' slumbering friend. Can transport 18-20 in a PINK stretch vehicle, plus carryon plus several large suitcases for $600 +tip + toll. The figures are still roughly the same.

So we can still accommodate another 6 - 8 MegaDo-ers if we go with this company.

Keep talking to me & posting please so I can get this nailed down over the next couple of days before I start my 28 hour day to get to NYC on Friday.

Please add me to the list, the thought of arriving in a pink stretch Hummer is too good to pass up! Will be bringing the standard rollaboard+briefcase.

The new pink option for 18-20 is $500 + tip + toll. Looking better.

Count me in for the pink hummer limo. I'd be willing to cover the pink limo on my own dime as long as everyone still pays and that money goes to Susan G Komen, we could call it "Ride for the Cure". Let me know what you guys/gals think.

(I believe the limo is now a pink stretch Durango, rather than a Hummer, as it's all the other company had available. But hey, all that really matters is it's pink and a stretch, right? )

A couple of companies that have pink Hummers don't operate in Manhatten. Stopped looking when I found this company, even though it's a Durango. But it's PINK....

Moving right along with my last minute preparations here ...(I leave home in less than 16 hours).
I decided to phone another couple of companies, waiting on call backs, whether they will phone back to Australia is another thing...
Anyway, found a company who answers the phone at night, & will do a pink Excursion for 15 people with quite a reasonable amount of luggage, for just $260 + tip + toll. On the day if the toll road isn't the best way to go we can avoid this as well.

So if more folk want to jump onboard we can get 2.

If we only get one, my quick calculations are now looking at around $20 ballpark. If we get 2 & don't get enough to fill both, that' still sounds ok to me, as we can spread out a bit more, and price will still come in aroundaboutish the original estimate.

Sounds like we may be departing the Andaz in a mini fleet of pink stretch limos. Sounds like a MegaDo.
Maybe some New Yorkers or other folk in town for the Puglia dinner with some free time want to come along for the ride??

And we can raise an extra few dollars for Susan Komen ...

Two limos might be a good idea since I hope that at least some of us will get on the JFK Tower tour and will need to be in JFK by 4:30pm

To secure our "Ride for the Cure", I have now booked & paid for 2 Pink stretch limos.

The price with this company. PinkLimoNewYork was great, they took 25% off their normal price for us, and were really helpful with my questions.

Plenty of room.

Those who have their name on the list, we can work out actual amount you owe me when we see how many of us there are. Will be max around $36, down to min around $20.

Aiming for 2:45pm departure to give us plenty of time to drive in convoy & garner some attention along the way. Should give us time to get us & our bags organized at JFK so the the Tower Tour winners are there in time too.

We will work some way to squeeze some extra out of Aadmiral & Wijomas as well..
