Surprisingly, the biggest value proposition of JD Power is not really to comment on an entire industry but to show the differentiation between players within an industry. You can come out with a high level headline that still adds some kind of value based on the research. Maybe a headline like "Budget Airlines have the Highest Customer Satisfaction" or "Full Service Airlines Under Deliver" or "Delta Has Highest Satisfaction Among Majors" might actually be a meaningful title. Then again, I'm not journalist, didn't spend 4 years at journalism school nor a professional writer so what do I know.
