It appears quite frequently in legal pleadings (no-evidence summary judgment motions and responses in Texas). The legal standard for overcoming such a motion is producing "more than a scintilla of probative evidence that raises a genuine issue of material fact." I've had to type that phrase too many times.

You're a plaintiff's attorney don't you just cut and paste pleadings.

I got stickers for my UA card, with a letter stating I'd get separate ones for CO. That never happened.

Oh well. I didn't really care.

Anyone finding these good Hawaii route fares to ITO? Pax load has been an issue on those flights, so the availability may be greater.

Today is a day of great joy and celebration. I'm an uncle once again and I won the bet with my wife on the "over" for how many grad schools she would be accepted in to.

I tried but US only flies to HNL so the intra-hawaii connection broke the fare. Maybe others had better lucj.

That seems a lot nicer than six+ on a 319, even in F.

Honestly between the long flight, typical morning crap at SFO, and what looked for a moment like a medical issue, I was sure I was going to get an unexpected line from the deal.

What are CRJ-900's like to fly in? I know they are not the torture chamber the 200's are but how do they compare comfort wise to E-190's. My other choice for positioning to CLT is a beat up 737-400.

I never even got my 2011 CO Plat credentials despite having requested them three times, but I did get my stickers. I put them on my card from 2010.

About the only thing you'd C&P on a summary judgment response would be the standard of review section, but the catchphrases like "more than a scintilla" would be repetitively typed throughout conclusion paragraphs in various sections, because that's just how exciting and non-repetitive legal drafting is.

A lot of the time it feels like mental copying and pasting. Hammering home a point ad nauseam. Again, and again, and again. And then a few more times, just for good measure.

Did I mention it sometimes gets a bit repetitive?

They're slightly better than CRJ-200s. They are not nearly as nice the big Embraers - overhead bins are much smaller, the seats aren't as wide on the CR9, and the window seat is definitely more cramped on the CR9 than the E90. Still, they are better than the original CRJs.

I don't understand having never owned a home or done lawn maintenance. But one would think that if one's desire is to fertilize a lawn, one would buy law fertilizer.

Now I know horse and goat poo is part of fertilizer and can be used as fertilizer.

I didn't think though you could just dump said poo on your lawn in a raw state and it would work.
