    I also find WN Y > US Y.

I have heard that some of the metal items from the original are still down there, as methinks that the movie was filmed in Tahiti....

Well...I guess almost anything except Spirit is better than US...

How long did it take for the miles to post? My card just arrived today. :)

Brunch upstairs at Sprungli. Really expensive but you can't beat the all you can eat pastries etc!

Sounds like a perfect chance to hit Wicker Park for some good sushi and/shell fish. :-:

Just celebrating your birthday ... I wish.

Have you flown US recently? My most recent flights on US were in the back, one in the next-to-last row of an A320 (thus no Internet). WN would have been preferable for the extra inch of pitch and the better likelihood of not being stuck in the back of the plane (assuming check-in at T-24).

Given an equivalent routing and price, I'd probably choose US over WN just because of the PQMs, but apart from that and the possibility of buying a sandwich on board, I see no advantages of US over WN in the back.

I don't think I've ever had 8 seperate PNRs at one time much less PNRs spread out over 3 airlines.

Ours was, ummm, interesting as well.

Glad I got the PrivatAir experience, but it was probably even worse than I expected.

I found myself somewhat despondent yesterday when I realized that, aside from a day trip to IAH on Saturday for the We Care Do, I only have a trip to MCO booked in May. I've been fortunate enough to travel more in the first three months of this year than I have ever before, and the sad thing is that I really, really enjoyed it. Now I'm back to no funds and no prospect of that changing in the near term. :(

Well to be honest, these are spread out between the end of April and December, two are award trips, two are one ways, and one is a positioning flight for a MR. Nothing planned from early June to mid Sept.

None of the trips are exciting me especially knowing I'll do them all in Y.

Maybe a week or two? It was quite quick. Interestingly, I saw my inflated balance and I thought it was a "thismergerisafailure" benefit.

I'm still at zero flights, with one award itinerary next month that still might be cancelled ...

US is a tough deal on non-shuttle routes. With so many "choice seats" that are non-middles, it's hit-or-miss if you actually get a decent chair. One used to be able to select emergency rows at T-24, but, even as *G, that is not available.
